Ordered and received this very nice fixture. However, my plumber advised that this did not fit my plumbing set up. Had to return because it did not fit.

We ordered site unseen on Amazon. It looks great in person. I was surprised by several plastic parts, but once installed the unit has a solid feel and the handle turns smoothly with a solid feel. One issue, and this may be our instal, is that the range between cold and hot is very small. Meaning the majority of the movement is cold and only about one inch of turn is in the warm to hot range. Would love some feedback on how to fix this if it's my install and not the unit.
