This review is from: Single Handle Shower Only Faucet Trim Kit with Square Wall Mounted Rain Showerhead, Chrome This shower head looks amazing when it's installed. All the parts were as described, except for the shower head itself. It was made out of plastic. The original product description stated it was brass. (I have noticed since then, they updated the product description.) Me and my husband liked the shower head so much that we were fine with it, but we were not okay with the price we paid not knowing it was for plastic. Amazon and the seller made it right and we decided to keep the shower head. We are still remodeling our bathroom and haven't officially gotten to use it, but we have tested it and it works fine. When we first tested it, it appeared to be leaking. The directions were not helpful at all and the shower head was put together wrong before it was shipped. Luckily, we were able to resolve the issue and put it together correctly without any leaks. Just be sure you know a good installer when trying to install this product.
