This review is from: Grohe 28 421 000 Tempesta Trio Hand Shower, StarLight Chrome (Tools & Home Improvement) This is the second one of these we have bought and we love it. It has a nice spray pattern and you really feel like you get a good volume of water without being "massaged" to death. Outside is metal, inside is plastic which can give it a more "cheap" feel but both heads have held up fine for us.
