I am quite satisfied with this faucet. When I installed the shower stall in my house, the original faucet was completely made of plastic, except for the stem washer screws. This one is all brass with nice plastic knobs, and can be easily repaired if that is ever necessary. The price was was very good, and the shipping was quite fast as well. I am a very satisfied customer.

Basically it is a good faucet however, The PLUG does not come with it as the picture shows. Was told by shipper that it is a standard picture and the plug is not included. I see they still haven't changed the pic. After going to the hardware store and buying the plug, it fit great and worked perfectly for what I needed it for. Therefore I can only give it a 3 star rating due to misleading picture of their product.

I love these. They are quite heavy and i'm yet to install them. The only thing i don't like is the fact that the chrome plates are plastic. I would have preferred metal but i guess for the price i an't argue. I would have given it 5 stars if the plates were metal.
