It works perfectly and installed very easily. My only complaint is that you have to screw the handle on to test it. The inside knob can't be adjusted with a screw driver during the construction. It's not a big deal though since you can attach the handle in less than a minute. You have to do a few adjustments during construction to establish the off/hot/cold positions of the underlying screw before you actually fasten on this device.
