This is a very nice, smooth working trim kit, easy to use and set at temperature choices. Just beware that you will need to purchase the valve for it and you will need to purchase the shower volume control (on off) trim and valve kits. For us, it was a very worthwhile investment as these valves and trims kits did solve the problem of when trying to have a hot shower, the shower's water pressure tanked. The thermostatic valve allows for constant and adequate water pressure. We love that "new norm" having been denied that experience with our previous shower valve. Installation was done professionally so I do not have an idea as to the difficulty of the install, past the repeated comments that our plumbers love the Danze product lines.
