This review is from: Danze D500558T Parma Single Handle Shower Only Trim Kit, Chrome (Tools & Home Improvement) I ordered the Danze Parma chrome trim kit. This thing is amazing and super nice but the shower head was broken. Packed very poorly, but amazon said they would send a replacement next day shipment. well the next day has come and gone. Still no replacement. Customer serviced had no tracking or carrier info for me and I just have to wait. I will be returning it.
